A free shuttle bus to Siam Park is available every 30-40 minutes from 9:30 to 17:30 at the following stops in the south of Tenerife:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the activity, no refunds will be given.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
