Bus pick up in the South Zone
There is a free shuttle bus from Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje.

Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity, there will not be a refund. No cancellations will be accepted once the first park has been visited.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.

We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.

We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.
May I purchase a gift voucher?
To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately

Having both parks in one ticket was super convenient. We went to Jungle Park first — loads of shade and cool animals. Then Aqualand the next day for slides and the dolphin show. Great value and no stress with booking twice!

We split the visits over two days and it worked perfectly. Jungle Park is calm, green, and full of character — the bird show was awesome. Aqualand had enough to keep the kids entertained for hours. Well organised and fun combo.

Absolutely loved the variety! One day walking through tropical animal trails, next day sliding down into splash zones. Both parks are different but complement each other well. Ideal if you're staying for a week or more.
